There was no better way to end my wedding season than with these two beautiful people. I first met Oliver and Trish when they were the models for my styled shoot earlier this year. I reallyyyyyy wanted a couple that was actually engaged and I’ll never forget my floral designer BFF, Valerie texting me a photo of these two saying, “I know the perfect couple!” They were suchhhh troopers (styled shoots take a lottttt longer than normal engagement sessions) as we walked into the hottttt greenhouses had them twirling all over the place. I was SO happy when they wanted me to shoot their wedding, not only are they supermodels, but they are the nicest, warmest, most welcoming people everrrr.
I arrived at Wrightsville Manor, Wilmington’s newest and most gorgeous venue, to their beautiful space being decked out in the most stunning floral arrangements thanks to Blossom Bay Botanicals. When Trish arrived she was so calm and I got greeted with the sweetest hug and a room full of love with those sweet bridesmaids and momma of hers.
Oliver got there a little bit later with all of his best friends and once we got all of the pre-ceremony photos knocked out it was time for the ceremony. I LOVE an emotional groom. I think we all know that Trish was going to look like a knockout but when Oliver saw her coming down that aisle I think it hit him that this amazing woman gets to stand by his side foreverrrr.
Thank you two SO much for letting me be a part of your most amazing day. You are such kind souls and the perfect match made in heaven. I know you’ll have the most incredible life together and I’m soooo glad you’re back living in North Carolina evennnn if it’s not here in Wilmington!
